Understanding of the Opinion of Value

This is an explanation of  the process when valuing your company.  Please review and indicate your agreement below.

BixValuations  will provide an opinion of the value for your company, based upon the date of information you provide.  This will be a limited valuation and will not include all of the valuation procedures which would be required in a full business valuation engagement, which could result in a different opinion of value.

Our valuation process does not include any real estate owned by the business.  We will employ three methods in this calculation, and compare the results. The following is a short description of the calculations performed under each method.

A business valuations is as much of an art as it is a science.   The valuation should serve as guide for the user and is not nor should not be used when circumstances have changed.  Our valuations cannot disclosed all the errors which may exist in the business.  The client should not use the results of this opinion of value to as a reason for any failure in negotiations or as a public document and presume that this opinion of value is biased.
