Angel Chatterton
Ms. Chatterton is an experienced accountant and forensic financial investigator holding past positions such as president and CEO of New Capital Bank and Marshall County State Bank, member of the board of directors of Marshall Putnam Holding Company, vice president of Hickory Point Bank, vice president of Busey Bank, controller of Midwestern Building Supplies, CPA with RSM (McGladrey), and adjunct instructor positions at Bradley University, Midstate College, and Park College.
Her current positions include Instructor of Accountancy at the University of Illinois – Champaign-Urbana and founding principal of Brookshire Consulting, a financial forensic focused company. In her capacity as an Instructor at the University of Illinois, she has taught graduate and undergraduate level auditing and undergraduate managerial accounting.
Her research interest includes forensic accounting, fraud, accounting communications, auditing, and accounting information systems.
Her education background includes undergraduate degrees from Purdue University and East Carolina University and a masters degree in accounting from East Carolina University. She is currently pursuing a doctoral degree from University of Wisconsin – Whitewater. She recently completed her coursework and has entered the dissertation phase of her doctoral education.
Steve Sink
Steve Sink is a partner at BizValuations. He is a Michigan State University graduate and held various executive positions with Sears, McCrory and Household Merchandising including CEO of a chain of office product superstores. He has been a business broker for over 16 years and been awarded International Business Brokers Association the highest designations: CBI (Certified Business Intermediary) and MAMI (Merger and Acquisition Intermediary). He was the Marketing Committee Chair for Merger and Acquisition Source, works with SCORE, taught college classes and conducted seminars for professional organizations.
